It's important for your salesperson to have the knowledge and practice of basic skills in order for you to receive the highest quality service. I receive direct factory training from all my manufacturers as well as RVDA/RVIA National Certification training. It's important that the RV you purchase comes with a legitimate warranty. With the average RV repair costing over $300 per hour for parts and labor, you want to make sure you protect yourself, and your budget, from the rising industry costs. The lines I offer of NEW RVs typically come with a 1-3 year complete manufacturer's warranty, with the option to obtain an extended service plan that covers over 4000 parts on your RV up to 7 years. I also offer service programs for USED RVs that provide peace of mind and a hedge against rising prices while you travel down the road.

A recreational vehicle is considered a luxury item. Typically, you'll need good credit to qualify for financing and some sort of down payment. A frequent issue I see is that many buyers pre-judge their credit...please don't do this! My team works relentlessly with lenders, both local and national, to find the right financing options for you. Even if you have great credit, you'd be surprised how competitive my team's lenders financing rates and terms are. So give us the opportunity to go to work for you and save you money!

We've all heard and seen the "too good to be true" advertisements on TV, radio, and the internet. My challenge to you is to ask the hard questions of those dealers offering to give your the moon, pay off all your bills, give you twice the amount your trade is worth, or whatever other gimmick they are attempting to fool you with. As my Pops used to say, "Call them out on the carpet", make them explain the details of the deal and have them put it in writing!

It pains me to hear the horror stories of customers who traveled hundreds and thousands of miles for that "awesome" deal.
